Jerry E. Ogle
Jerry E. Ogle, CPA is founder of the firm. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. During his tenure at Deloitte, he worked as a tax advisor to various public & private companies. His clients included PepsiCo, Inc. and Interactive Cable Systems, Inc. (Joint Venture that included MCI Communications, Inc., Michael Milken, and Andersen News).

Robert S. Wolmer
Robert S. Wolmer, J.D., LLM, comes to Ogle International Tax Advisors from a successful career in international tax planning and investment banking. After graduating from law school, Rob joined Kidder, Peabody & Co where he worked in corporate finance for a broad range of global companies and asset securitization. He worked for several years as a tax attorney with King & Spalding where his experience included partnership, corporate and international tax for both domestic and foreign clients. Wishing to specialize in international tax, he joined the International Tax Services practice in the National Office of Price Waterhouse in Washington.

John Owen, CPA joined Ogle International Tax Advisors in December 2003.  He has over 14 years of accounting, tax and finance experience.  His core focus with Ogle International Tax Advisors is consulting corporate and individual clients on their U.S. international tax compliance requirements and on various transactional matters.

Arif Shurdho  
Arif Shurdho joined Ogle International Tax Advisors in 2000. His principle practice areas with Ogle International Tax Advisors involve individual and corporate international tax compliance issues related to U.S. Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs), “check the box” foreign entities, their U.S. shareholders, and related general accounting issues.

He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s major projects, initiatives, and strategic planning.
